Follow these three steps to submit your Client's funding application:

Step 1
Fill out and submit the form on this page.

Step 2
Email the Client Summary Sheet to operations@fundeasly.com.

Step 3
Upload the following supporting documents to Box.com:

  1. Financial Statements (Income Statements and Balance Sheet for last fiscal year-end and year-to-date)
  2. Bank Statements from previous two months (All accounts reflected on Balance Sheet)
  3. Ownership Structure (Cap table with names)
  4. Complete tax returns as filed for the last two years (T2 & T661)
  5. Notice of Assessments for the last two years (Reflecting refund received)
  6. Accrued SR&ED refund support and/or Grant support (Contribution Agreement, Year-to-Date snapshot)
